Banda formada nos Estados Unidos em 1991, e é composta por Phil Anselmo (ex-vocalista do Pantera), Pepper Keenan (guitarrista e vocalista do Corrosion of Conformity),Kirk Windstein (guitarrista e vocalista do Crowbar), Rex Brown (ex-baixista do Pantera), e Jimmy Bower (baterista do Crowbar).
Down III Over The Under é apenas o seu terceiro álbum de estúdio e o mais recente disco da banda, aqui como sempre Phil Anselmo está cantando muito, também tem ótimos riffs de guitarra e uma cozinha matadora, é isso ae confiram esse excelnte álbum, até porque só tem fera e é impossivel de ser ruim.
